1. About Eduwise-STUMED
Eduwise-STUMED is a school and educational institution management software platform designed to help authorized schools, institutions, administrators, teachers, staff, and other permitted users manage school-related activities and information.

Where Eduwise-STUMED is provided to a school or institution, the institution is responsible for determining who is authorized to access its account and for ensuring that users under its control use the service appropriately.
3. Account and Login Responsibilities

- Keep your username, password, and other login credentials confidential.
- Do not share account credentials with unauthorized persons.

4. School and User Data
Eduwise-STUMED may process information entered by schools and authorized users, including student, parent, teacher, staff, attendance, academic, administrative, and communication-related information.
The school or institution using the service is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate rights, permissions, notices, and consents required to collect and process information through the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user’s account.

6. WhatsApp and Meta Integration
Eduwise-STUMED may provide integration with WhatsApp Business Platform and services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. for communication and notification purposes.
Use of WhatsApp and Meta services is also subject to the applicable terms, policies, and requirements of Meta and WhatsApp.
Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through the integration are lawful, appropriate, and sent only to recipients for whom the organization has the necessary authority or permission.
7. Communications and Notifications
Depending on the services enabled for your organization, Eduwise-STUMED may facilitate notifications, alerts, reminders, and other communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile applications, or other supported channels.
Delivery of messages through third-party communication platforms may depend on those platforms, network availability, recipient settings, and other factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Eduwise-STUMED, including its software, website design, branding, logos, content, documentation, graphics, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Beyondwise Technology Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from our software or materials.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with third-party services, including hosting, payment, communication, authentication, analytics, WhatsApp, and Meta services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, policies, or availability of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
10. Fees and Payments
Certain Eduwise-STUMED services may be available only after payment of the applicable fees agreed with the customer.
Pricing, billing periods, taxes, payment terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions may be specified separately in a quotation, order, subscription agreement, invoice, or other commercial communication provided to the customer.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep our services available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet connectivity, hosting or infrastructure issues, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the service will meet every specific requirement of every user or institution, or that it will always be available without interruption or error.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyondwise Technology Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organizations agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, or expenses arising from their unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
